In 2022, we joined forces with the Noosa Festival of Surfing to produce a distinctive, limited-edition dry gin. The Laguna Bay Dry Gin was created to commemorate the stunning Laguna Bay, which stretches from Noosa Main Beach to Granite Bay and is known worldwide for its breathtaking beauty.
The Noosa Festival of Surfing has been taking place since 1992 and has been a significant drawcard for surfers from all over the globe. The event is held annually in the stunning bays of Noosa Heads, featuring world-class waves breaking over a sand-bottom point – any surfer can attest to the waves. Laguna Bay Dry Gin was created to celebrate the glorious days spent surfing, swimming, and enjoying the sunshine on the beach.
Laguna Bay Dry Gin is made using traditional gin-making methods, featuring a blend of classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and citrus peel. This traditional dry gin is infused with the flavours of the Sunshine Coast, including native botanicals such as lemon myrtle, finger lime, and Davidson plum, to create a unique and distinctive flavour.
To enjoy Laguna Bay Dry Gin at its best, we suggest mixing it with tonic and pomegranate seeds, the result is a refreshing and flavorful cocktail that captures the essence of the Sunshine Coast. The sales proceeds from each bottle of Laguna Bay Dry Gin go towards supporting The Board Meeting Surf Charity, a non-profit organization that supports young people living with disabilities across the Sunshine Coast.
If you’re looking to savour the taste of Laguna Bay, then pick up a bottle of our limited edition dry gin for yourself or someone special.
The gin captures the essence of the stunning location where the Noosa Festival of Surfing is held, making it a perfect souvenir for surf enthusiasts and gin lovers alike.
If you’d like to try a sip – you can find us at the beach bar during the Noosa Festival of Surfing from 3-12 March. We’ll be there with the sand between our toes and smile.
