A traditional dry gin with native Australian botanicals and an ability to put stuff off until tomorrow.

Pot-distilled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland rainforest with a carefully curated mix of native and traditional botanicals. Soft, rounded, and expressive, it’s a traditional dry gin with a local flavour.

Included in the botanical mix are Pomegranate, Lavender and Pink Rose Petals which dance around the edge of the aroma platform and give this gin a memorable and pretty finish.

Original Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
  • Sunshine & Sons Original Dry Gin
  • Tonic Water
  • Pomegranate Seeds
Method
  1. Pour 30ML of Original Dry Gin over ice in a tumbler
  2. Top up with a neutral tonic water (we like Fever-Tree Mediterranean and Shweppes)
  3. Garnish with half a dozen pomegranate seeds which adds a pink hue to your G&T

Gin & Bubbles

Ingredients
  • 30ML Sunshine & Sons Original Dry Gin
  • 15ML Chambord
  • Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
  • Fresh raspberries
Method
  1. In a champagne flute, add 30ML of Sunshine & Sons Original Dry Gin to a few cubes of crushed ice
  2. Add 15ML of Chambord
  3. Top up with Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
  4. Add a few fresh raspberries to garnish
