The “& Sons” moniker built into the name of our brand is a cheeky head-nod to all of the local family businesses that make up our amazing Sunshine Coast community. Our business prides itself on ‘spreading the sunshine’ across our community through the products we produce, the way in which we engage our customers and consumers and also in the way we support our community and its people.
We were very proud to recently be part of the fundraising efforts for the Give Me 5 Diamond Lunch for Wishlist.
The Give Me 5 Diamond Lunch has become one of the most popular lunch events on the Sunshine Coast and the event this year was at the amazing Flaxton Gardens. Our Sunshine Coast Community helped raise a record-breaking $61,500 on the day – the largest Diamond Lunch fundraising tally in its history.
Thanks to this year’s 92.7 MIX FM’s Give Me 5 appeal and the Diamond Lunch, Wishlist was now able to establish an innovative Parental Support and Youth Advisory Group program to support young adults and provide a circle-of-care for mental health patients. The program will be delivered within the new Wishlist Centre facility which is under construction opposite the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
