- 50ml 4pm Gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 125ml Fever-Tree soda water
- Fill a Collins glass (tall glass) with ice.
- Combine the 4pm Gin, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into the chilled glass and top up with Fever-Tree soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.
