This golden-amber beauty is the result of our Original Dry Gin taking a 6-month sleep in sherry-soaked French oak, creating an aroma of dried botanicals joined at the hip with fresh vanilla and coconut.

Serve neat, with a large ice cube, or a 'Tongue Tied G&T'- our suggested house serve.

Ingredients
  • 30ML Sunshine & Sons Barrel Aged Gin
  • Tonic Water
  • Silver Tongue Foods Organic Spiced Orange
Method
  1. Pour 30ML of Sunshine & Sons Barrel Aged Gin over ice in a short glass
  2. Add 1 wheel of Organic Spiced Preserved Orange and a teaspoon of the syrup from the jar
  3. Top up with Tonic Water
