A sweet grassy herbaceous spirit distilled from Maroochy River sugarcane sourced locally on the Sunshine Coast, then freshly juiced and wild-fermented at our distillery. A small amount of natural sugarcane concentrate is then added to the spirit post-distillation to form the perfect base for a refreshing cocktail (find our Sunny Coast Caipirinha recipe below), or straight on the rocks.
700 ML 38% ABV
Sunny Coast Caipirinha (serves 2)
In a cocktail shaker:
Muddle half a lime, cut into 4 wedges
Add 60ml Sunshine & Sons Jet Juice
Fill the shaker up with crushed ice
Shake for 30 seconds and empty the entire contents of the shaker into 2 glasses. Enjoy!
